We built x789 from scratch for Pakistani players — PKR payouts, local payment methods, cricket betting, live casino, slots, and bingo all under one roof. Here is our story and what drives everything we do.
x789 started with a straightforward observation: Pakistani players were being underserved. The platforms that existed were built for other markets — their currencies, their payment systems, their sports. A player in Karachi or Lahore had to deal with currency conversions, unsupported wallets, and sports sections that barely acknowledged cricket existed. That did not sit right with us.
So we built x789 from the ground up with Pakistan as the primary focus, not an afterthought. Every design decision, every payment integration, every game category selection was made with a Pakistani player in mind. What does someone in Islamabad or Multan actually want from an online gaming platform? PKR in their balance, JazzCash or Easypaisa on the cashier page, a live PSL betting section during the tournament, and slot games that load fast on a mid-range Android phone on a 4G connection. That is x789.
The platform launched with a core set of slot games and a sports betting section. From there it grew steadily — live casino dealers were added, the bingo lobby came next, and the game library expanded to over 500 titles spanning every category a player could want. Each addition was driven by what players were actually asking for, not by what looked impressive on a feature list.
Today x789 is one of the most active online gaming platforms among Pakistani players, and we are still growing. The team behind it is small, focused, and genuinely invested in making the product better every single week.
Most international gaming platforms treat payment processing as an afterthought for markets like Pakistan. They might support one local method, if you are lucky, and the minimum deposit is set at a level that ignores how most Pakistani players actually manage their gaming budgets. x789 took a different approach. We integrated JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer from the very beginning — not as add-ons, but as the primary payment rails the entire cashier is built around. Deposits go through in seconds. Withdrawals process within hours for standard accounts, and near-instantly for VIP members.
The minimum deposit is set at a level that is realistic for the market. You do not need to put in PKR 5,000 to get started — you can explore the platform at your own comfort level and scale up when and if you want to. That philosophy runs through every part of the x789 experience.
These are the areas where x789 has made deliberate choices that set it apart from platforms that were not built with Pakistani players in mind.
Your balance is held in Pakistani Rupees. Every deposit, every win, every withdrawal is in PKR. There is no USD or Euro amount behind the scenes that converts at an unfavourable rate. The PKR amount you see is the PKR amount you get — full stop.
Pakistan's three most-used digital payment platforms are all integrated natively into the x789 cashier. Deposits arrive instantly. Withdrawals process in a few hours for standard accounts and near-instantly for higher VIP tiers. Bank transfer and card options are also available for players who prefer those channels.
The x789 sports section is built around cricket the way it should be for a Pakistani platform. Full coverage of the Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, Test matches, and domestic competitions. Pre-match and in-play betting, live scores, same-match parlays, and dedicated PSL match promotions during the tournament window.
Slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and crash games — all available under one login. The game lobby is updated regularly with new titles, and the full library spans every volatility level and budget range. From PKR 5 spins on classic fruit machines to high-roller live baccarat tables, everything is in one place.
The x789 promotions calendar includes a 100% first deposit match up to PKR 10,000, weekly free spins every Tuesday, reload bonuses for existing players, and PSL-specific betting boosts during the tournament. Wagering requirements are stated clearly before you opt in — no surprises, no small print that changes the value of the offer after the fact.
x789 runs a 24/7 player support team. Live chat is the fastest channel — typical response times are under two minutes during peak hours. Email support is available for account and payment queries that need more detailed handling. The support team is trained specifically on x789 products and Pakistani payment methods — you will not be sent generic responses that do not apply to your situation.
These are not marketing words on a wall. They are the principles that shape how we build the platform and how we treat every player on it.
RTP figures are published for every game. Bonus terms are written in plain English before you opt in. Withdrawal timeframes are stated clearly, not hidden in a FAQ. We think players deserve to know exactly what they are getting before they make any decision, and we build the platform accordingly.
Every product decision starts with the same question: does this work for a Pakistani player? Not a generic user, not someone in a different market — specifically someone in Pakistan, using a Pakistani phone, on a Pakistani network, with PKR in their wallet and cricket on their mind. That focus is what keeps the product honest.
x789 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and a self-exclusion tool for any player who needs to take a break. Responsible gaming features are accessible directly from account settings — they are a first-class part of the product, not something buried in a help page that nobody reads.
x789 uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all connections. Player account data, payment information, and personal details are stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Our full data handling practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy — written in readable English, not legal boilerplate.
Pakistan has a wide range of internet connection speeds across different cities and networks. x789 is optimised to load fast on 4G connections, not just high-speed broadband. Games are compressed and cached effectively. The mobile app delivers even better performance than the browser version for players who want the smoothest possible experience.
The x789 product team ships updates regularly. New games are added to the lobby every month. Payment processing improvements happen on a rolling basis. Player feedback genuinely shapes what gets prioritised — if a large number of players are asking for something, it goes on the roadmap. The platform you use today is meaningfully better than it was six months ago, and it will keep improving.
When we talk about 500+ games, that number is not padded with duplicate titles or low-quality filler. The x789 game lobby covers genuinely distinct categories, each with enough depth that you could spend a full month in any single section and not exhaust what is on offer.
The slots section alone spans classic three-reel fruit machines, five-reel video slots with cinematic bonus rounds, Megaways titles with up to 117,649 ways to win per spin, bonus buy games, crash-style slots, and progressive jackpot titles where the pool currently sits at several million PKR. Each game card shows the RTP and volatility rating before you load the game, so you are never going in blind about what kind of experience to expect.
The live casino section has real human dealers running tables around the clock. Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, and dragon tiger are all covered with multiple table variants at different stake levels. The stream quality is consistent even on mobile connections, and the table limits are set with Pakistani players in mind — you do not need to be a high roller to sit at a live dealer table on x789.
Sports betting is probably the section we are most proud of, simply because we got the priorities right. Cricket is front and centre. During PSL season the sports section is updated in real time with match-specific promotions, boosted odds on featured matches, and same-game parlay builders that let you combine multiple outcomes from a single match. T20 internationals and the Asia Cup get the same level of attention. Football — particularly the English Premier League and Champions League — gets solid coverage for players who follow both sports. Esports markets are also available for the CS2, Dota 2, and Valorant audiences.
The x789 promotions page is one of the most visited sections of the platform, and we understand why — bonuses are a significant part of the value of any gaming platform. What we try to do differently is make every promotion genuinely understandable before a player commits to it.
The welcome bonus gives new players a 100% match on their first deposit up to PKR 10,000. Deposit PKR 3,000 and you start with PKR 6,000. The wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page in plain numbers before you click anything. We do not bury a 40x requirement in the fifth paragraph of a terms document — it is right there, upfront, so you can decide if the offer makes sense for how you plan to play.
The weekly Slots Tuesday promotion gives active players 50 free spins every Tuesday on a featured game. The featured game rotates weekly and is announced in advance on the promotions page. Winnings from free spins convert to real PKR bonus credit. Sports bettors get their own weekly reload bonus and PSL-specific boosts during the tournament. VIP players at higher tiers get personalised reload offers, faster withdrawals, and access to exclusive game releases before they go to the general lobby.
The majority of x789 players access the platform from a mobile device. That is not a surprise — it reflects how most people in Pakistan use the internet. What it means for us is that the mobile experience is not a secondary consideration, it is the primary one.
The x789 Android app is available for download from the Download page and installs directly — no app store required. It is a smaller file than most games on your phone, installs quickly even on slower connections, and runs efficiently on mid-range Android handsets. Push notifications keep you informed about promotion deadlines, new game releases, and live match alerts for cricket. iOS users can access the full platform through the mobile browser with the same feature set as the app.
Every game in the x789 lobby has been selected in part for its mobile performance. We do not add games that run poorly on the handsets our players actually use. Touch controls work correctly, the lobby is navigable with one thumb, and the cashier is designed to complete a deposit in under a minute from opening the app to the balance updating in your account.
